Hello, on our website the homepage appears as a blank page. When I searched, I saw a line 3507 of the formatting.php file, which indicates a problem with one of WordPress’ content formatting functions.
According to the log file, a bool type value was given to the count() function, which caused an error message.
This situation repeats even though we have not made any changes on the page. And for this reason, we lose both customers and time. I request your urgent support.

1/ Could you please switch to WooCommerce default theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes) in order to check if the issue is restricted to XStore only? Let us know the result.
We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Upon reviewing your website, we have identified that the issue originates from your child theme. As a temporary measure, we have activated the XStore parent theme on your site, which has successfully resolved the issue. Currently, the homepage is functioning correctly.
To permanently address this matter, we recommend consulting with your site developer to review and rectify the additional code customizations in your child theme.
