Video preview of video is not showing in products page

Hi Team,

I have added a video to the product but the preview is not showing of that video. One more thing, when I have added a video then image gets bigger in the UI versus the product in which no video is attached. Please help me in this.

1/ Please check the example from our demo – https://xstore.8theme.com/product/american-vintage/ Currently, there is no option to show the preview.

2/ Could you please provide the URLs for two products, one with a video and one without?

1. Is there any other option to show a preview because client is asking regarding this?

3. As you know website is related to a jewellery shop in which big payments will be made. So please suggest a payment gateway only for Indian payments in which very less transaction fees should be charged except Razorpay, stripe.

Hi Rose,

if I remove the video from the product, then it will behave the same as the other product. Now I have removed the video from the product, please check the below link again-

The size seem to be smaller than the previous one.
