Xstore installation – Fatal error: Out of memory

Hi,

I’ve come across numerous challenges trying to get Xstore installed and have finally become stuck on this error:
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 125829120) (tried to allocate 1265664 bytes) in ***/public_html/wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/inc/core.php on line 197
There has been a critical error on this website.

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 125829120) (tried to allocate 1265664 bytes) in ***/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-autoloader.php on line 54

The server requirements are all met according to the System Status tab and my hosting provider will not allow overriding of the memory limit which is fixed at 128m.
Could anyone provide any help with this issue please?

Hi @thegaz75,

Please try increasing the WP Memory Limit to 512MB, follow this article: https://uk.godaddy.com/help/increase-the-wordpress-memory-limit-40246.

If it doesn’t helps, please send us with your WP Admin and FTP accounts.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Hi,

After a long conversation the hosting has just agreed to increase the memory limit to 600 and the error has gone now.
