Install demo content problem on new site

    hi

    I want to import a demo, after I select demo I like then press import, it wont let me go further?

    have I miss out anything or bugs?

    2/ Check System Requirements:

    Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please set Php version 8.0 and the increase max execution time & max input vars minimum 3000 -Check the image for specific requirements here: https://imgur.com/Cyzquf8

    For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

    After that, Please clear your browser cache and check again.

    If the issue persists, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand and help you.

    We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    thank you for your prompt reply, I have increase all PHP parameter , however the issue still persist.

    why all my previously data has gone, I created unto 20 pages already, where are they? all the images in media has gone, what’s going on?

    i checked you update my theme from main theme to child theme, you deactivate all my plugin and wipe out all my images in media file, all my pages i created has gone, nothing in header and footer, whats going on.

    you update the wrong theme

    i am only asking advise on why i cant import the theme as shown in thread 1-3 and asking the root caused,

    you turn my site into complete new site like new installation.

    whats going on?

    In response, we installed the Child Theme and disabled all third-party plugins on your site. Subsequently, we successfully imported the demo you specified. This action appears to have resolved the issue as the demo imported smoothly.

    However, if you have noticed that pages and media previously available on your site are now missing, we kindly ask you to restore a backup of your site. After restoring, you may attempt to import the demo again from your end and verify the results.

    Should you need assistance with the backup process, please contact your hosting provider.
