I have a Contact Form 7 added to my website, but I’m not receiving emails from this form.

    2/ Could you please switch to WooCommerce default theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes) in order to check if the issue is restricted to XStore only? Let us know the result.

    We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    If the issue persists with the (Storefront) theme, We would recommend that you, Please contact the plugin author or support team: https://contactform7.com/support/

    Once the issue is resolved with the WooCommerce default theme – Storefront then It will auto work correctly with the XStore theme.

    Please check again, And I resolve the contact form issue by Hostinger support. Now can help me in this issue

    Yesterday, I requested a change on my website’s single product page. Next to the rating review, the reviews count is showing, followed by the text “Customer Reviews.” I asked to change “Customer Reviews” to just “Reviews,” while keeping the count. You have changed the text to “Reviews,” but now the reviews count is not showing on the single product page.

    Please resolve this issue.

    Ohh I See,

    1. Cache Problem: The website frequently requires clearing the cache. Is there a way to permanently clear the cache on a WordPress website?

    2. Discount Message: In the Xstore theme, I want to display a message below the discount price on the single product page, showing “Save xyz discount” (for example: “You Save $10”). Can we achieve this? Please refer to this example for reference: https://www.cotopaxi.com/products/teca-fleece-womens?variant=40154052821053

    1/ If you are committed to permanently clearing the cache, we kindly recommend deactivating the cache plugin and CDN on your website while it is in development mode.

    It will show you that the recent changes will be directly reflected on your website.

    2/ We regret to inform you that the option or method you are inquiring about is not available by default. Implementing this feature would require additional code customization. Alternatively, you may consider using a third-party plugin to achieve this functionality; however, please be aware that this is at your own risk.
