Payment gateway is not working in multistep checkout only Cash on delivery is working wp-admin password is given in private content area

Do you use a 3rd-party plugin for this Payment? Sorry, but Advanced Layout may have some problems with such plugins, unfortunately.
We do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins, and we can not provide support for such plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
