Hi, I have 2 questions. I have created a menu structure under All categories that works well for all categories. I use static blocks for this. Unfortunately I cannot get a menu set up correctly. I have compared this with all other static blocks but unfortunately I cannot find what I am doing wrong. See photo for what the menu looks like at the moment. The other categories load neatly from top to bottom and at the set width. Can you indicate where I can set this properly?

My second question is whether a static block can be duplicated in its entirety. I ask this because my static blocks for the category pages are all constructed with columns. But I can no longer find this function in Elementor when I want to create a completely new static block. I would like to keep a uniform layout for the menu.

    Hello, @Arnan,

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

We are pleased to inform you that we have streamlined the process for duplicating static blocks with a uniform layout. Please follow the outlined steps below to facilitate this procedure:

    1. Navigate to “Static Block” and select “Edit Static Block with Elementor.”
    2. Save the static block by clicking on “Save as Template.”

By completing these steps, a template of the static block will be saved in the Elementor Templates. Whenever you need to create a new static block, simply import the previously saved template and modify the content according to your requirements. This method ensures a consistent layout across all static blocks.

Additionally, we have prepared a demonstration video to provide further guidance. You can view this video in the private content area. We believe this visual aid will enhance your understanding and ease the implementation process.

Should you require any further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
