I am unable to show category title and category description of different pages in my website

2. Select “Fake Sale Popup”.

Ok when i am registering my license key i am facing this issue

Contact your hosting provider and ask them if they block outgoing/ingoing connections to our server 136.243.62.35
To activate the theme your site should be able to make requests to our server and get a response.

Could you please provide URL, temporary wp-admin and FTP access?
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Ok i will talk to hosting provider and from mobile view there is huge space in right hand side, How to solve that issue?

can you just confirm whether only a single IP is used or an IP range? IP ranges are several addresses connected to the same server or to connected servers. ?
