I would like to add a background image that is permanently on screen with all content scrolling up/down. Is this possible and if yes, how?
Thanks for a great theme!

Thanks for the incredibly quick response!
I am developing a site which is now staging at :
http://www.kerryturner2.phoenixmusicpublications.com. At the moment I have a slider on the home page with an image in the background. I would like this image to be the background for the entire site. At the moment I have uploaded the image and installed it in XStore as a background image in the Styling/Colors page, but it is not showing on other pages yet. I have emptied all caches, also on my browser, so I believe this is a real issue.
How do I get this image to show behind all pages?
Is it then possible that the image is anchored in the screen, and content then scrolls over it up/down? I have no screen shots because I have not tried to implement this yet.
I have created an administrator account for you, details in the private content area.
Thanks for your great service!
Hello, @budfwaldo,
Thank you for your response.
We would like to inform you that we have temporarily activated the Xstore parent theme on your website for diagnostic purposes. Upon review, we are pleased to report that the parent theme is functioning correctly without any issues.
It appears that the difficulties you are experiencing are due to the customizations made in your child theme’s additional code. Please note that our support does not extend to issues caused by custom modifications to the child theme.
We kindly suggest consulting with your website developer to address and rectify these custom code issues.
For Your Reference, Please see the following images in the private content area
Thank you for your understanding and for reaching out to us for assistance.

Hello,
Let me clarify something first: the child theme was included in the demo I installed, there has been no custom coding.
After experimenting, I found the issue was the fact that the demo had activated the “Dark” theme option. When I disabled the “dark” theme and changed it to “Light” theme, the background image immediately became visible.
I update this information so that you as well as your other customers can benefit from this knowledge.
Regards,
W.F.
