Login link for existing customer at checkout not working

once i click buy now and fill in the details and do the next steps, and finally after payment selection i click place order, i am redirected to the top where it shows the link as shown in screenshot attached.
Note- i am a registered use but not logged in yet, and i am trying to buy a product

It is not guest user that is giving problem, I am finding problem with already registered user who is trying to login at checkout page as shown in image shared previously.

Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront.
Go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the Storefront theme.
Let us know the results.
