I’ve been desiging my site at https://oralmat.co.uk/ so it looks similar to my current site here at https://thehealthcorner.co.uk/ but for the life of me I cannot work out how to get the container with the green bg and the icons and text to stretch all across the page? I have it full width and everything I can see seems to be set up for it but it still appears to be following the block rules?

It is happening with all containers unless I create a container and add shortcode it works fine as you can see with the slider but not if I add anythnig else into the container.

I’m the one thats confused now TBH as I put my url in the comment and described exactly what the problem is so I’m at a loss as to how you didn’t understand my question?

I asked the question by email first and then was asked to post on here and I’m still no nearer to a resolution?

As I said I have used containers and set them to full width but they are acting like they are boxed and the only one that works as a full width is a container that I put shortcode in.

You can see it on the website I am building at https://oralmat.co.uk

    Hello, @Darren62,

    Thank you for your response.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our previous communications. It appears there was a misunderstanding due to incomplete information regarding the specific section of the page you were referring to. To address this, could you please provide a screenshot along with the Page URL? This will help us understand why only the ShortCode sections are displaying in full width while the others are not.

Furthermore, we kindly request that you provide the login details in the private content area as mentioned in our earlier response. This will enable us to closely examine your site settings and offer more precise assistance.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving your concerns promptly.

    Hello, @Darren62,

    1. Upon reviewing the homepage of your website, we have confirmed that there are no issues present. The specific section in question is already set to full-width. You may verify this by visiting: https://oralmat.co.uk/

    2. Sections were used in previous versions of the Elementor plugin, currently, containers are in use, but you can disable them via Elementor > Settings > Features https://prnt.sc/YYEsp8OYIEGL

We trust this information will be of assistance to you. Should you need any further help, please feel free to contact us at any time. We are here to support you.
