Mobile Menu not working properly, pops up briefly then refreshes the page.

    Hi

    The categories button on our mobile version of our website is not working properly. When you click on it the menu very briefly pops up and then refreshes the page.

    How can i fix this issue.

    Could you please record a video of the problem from your mobile?
    What browser do you use?

    Could you provide temporary wp-admin access?

    Hi Rose

    As per my private message, it does the same thing on my mobile as well.

    I have an android, it was working but now it doesn’t work.

    I have attached a new video that is not in the editor and you will see that i click on the menu and touch or click anything and then it disappears and refreshes the page?

    Hi

    Sorry for the late reply, i couldn’t log back in for some reason.

    I have disabled the plugins and it still isn’t working properly?

    On a different note, how do i change the contents of the menus for mobile? more so the ones on the pop out in the top right hand corner?
