Contact form, email subscription form, and smart sticky on mobile

Hi there! Could you please help me with the following:

1) the contact form I imported from the demo doesn’t work when I try to send a message using the contact form.
2) how and where can I set up the email subscription?
3) I set the smart sticky menu on mobile, but it doesn’t stick, not sure why.

In case, this doesn’t give the desired result, try to find another plugin online that better suits your needs.
