I have problem with customizing the theme ( mobile panel and shop page )

Hello, I’m trying to customize the mobile panel for cart, when I click on cart in the mobile panel the side cart doesn’t show up.

And the shop page, when I click on it the title in my browser show : page not found

1/ We would like to inform you that on mobile devices, the cart item located in the bottom panel of the pages is designed to direct users to the Cart page rather than the Off-Canvas feature.

2/ Could you please record a video of the problem?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We will check the current settings and what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

You are using the new Header Builder via Elementor, in this case, the Cart in Mobile panel can’t open Off-Canvas feature, unfortunately.
