Issue with Brand Logo and Marquee Display on Mobile

I hope you’re well. I’m experiencing an issue with the display of the brand logo on my website.

On the desktop version, the marquee is correctly positioned before the brand logo. However, on the mobile version, the order is swapped, and the brand logo appears before the marquee.

Could you please help resolve this so that the display order is consistent across both desktop and mobile?
