Can’t use or shop on my website via mobile phone

    Hi, after successfully building my store, if i visit the website as a visitor from a mobile phone and try to shop or add cart, it doesn’t work or add cart. Please help me fix urgently.

    Please let me know after fixing it and how you fixed it so that i can know how to do it in the future.

    Hi, Please find the url for the video screenshot, when i visit website on my mobile and add cart, it doesn’t show on the mobile, but when i visit using my laptop, then login again with the same account, i see the products i selected on the mobile. Please help me check and fix. My admin login remains the same.

    Hello,

    We would like to clarify that adding an item to the cart and completing a purchase are distinct actions. To finalize a purchase, one must enter their details on the checkout page and confirm the purchase. Only then is the product considered bought.

    For your convenience, we have updated the header using XStore Builders > Header via Elementor, and added a Cart element https://prnt.sc/nz0MAruwxtOP .
