Not register and not showing recent themes

i used xstore before updating, now i purchase mega electronic themes but its not showing new themes my wordpress , i cleared browser and wordpress cache also still not solving . i checked wordpress updates also . please solved my problem…

We would like to clarify whether you are currently using the XStore theme and experiencing issues accessing the demo data located at Dashboard -> XStore Control Panel -> Import Demos. If this is the case, please provide us with administrative and FTP access so that we can investigate this matter further.

Should you be using a third-party theme, we kindly advise you to contact the support team associated with that theme for assistance.
