Real menu don’t appear like in the editor

Hello,

I send in attached to images, one is the static block that i create in the editor (“editor”) and the other is how it appears in the real menu(“page”).
Why is the real menu don’t appears like i create in the editor?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
