Hi I cannot update or Patch my Xstore (New User)

hi someone did this website for me. But when i took over, I realised that this website theme is unlicensed or pirated. I just purchased the license.
But i cannot seems to make anything work. I cannot unregister to input my new code.
I cannot patch the files in the patcher. i cannot use new plugins.

please assist.. i have done so much work for the website. so its hard for me to do a master restart.
