Images not uploading and grey lines appearing on published pages

    Hi

    Does anyone have issues woth grey lines appearing on their pages once their website is live?

    My website is http://www.lennonconsulting.co.uk and I am having issues with my images not appearing once they have been uploaded on my service pages and also faint grey lines appearing on my pages like a grid?

    Can’t find any options to remove or correct the images….

    1/ Do you mean these lines https://prnt.sc/UJHAl2yJkhAi ? Please go to Theme Options > Styling > Background Image > click on Remove.

    2/ Please record a video of the issue with images, for a better understanding of your request.

    Could you provide temporary wp-admin access?

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    “I am having issues with my images not appearing once they have been uploaded on my service pages” – We’ve uploaded an image to the Media library – https://lennonconsulting.co.uk/wp-admin/upload.php and it is visible – https://lennonconsulting.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/payments.png

    As you have not provided a video demonstrating the problem, we are finding it challenging to fully understand the issue. We kindly ask you to activate the Storefront theme and verify if the problem persists with the images.
