I am trying to use Post Grid/Visual Composer but it is stuck in the loading screen and won’t load.
Any thoughts?

Please update your theme and plugins (Essential Grid, Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer, WPBakery Visual Composer) to latest versions.

You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

Which theme version should be downloaded?
Which is active at easywaystobettergrades.com?
I have updated the plugins and I am getting some error text coming through on the homepage in the “From the Blog” section.

Latest version is 1.6.1. Your active theme is 1.5.2.
Please update to the latest. If you can’t do this we can help you, but first you need to make a backup your site.
Also please provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content.

I have backed up the site and provided the FTP details in private content. Although I have downloaded the theme locally I am having trouble uploading it. If you are able to assist as mentioned that would be great.

Thanks I have checked the site. There are a few minor changes but nothing big.
The “From the Blog” section is still showing code on the homepage and the Visual Composer is still not working……
