1. For newsletter option is locked kindly make it extreme left, please do it as this would be great help
2. For Contact Form -I am not able to create, it should come after clicking contact us link in the footer. I have given my email. The field in contact form will be :-
1. Name
2. Company Name
3. Email
4. Contact No. (optional)
5. Company Address (optional)
5. Remarks (optional)
