Glitch in deactivating sales boost plugins

Hello, I wanted to deactivate sale booster plugins(Fake Sales Popup and Secure payment gateway) but when ever I try to deactivate them they did not work it start showing loading and loading but waiting for hours is resulted in failure I hope The support team will be able to solve my problem
