Issue with importing demo as parent and child

Dear team,

When attempting to import the xtore demo and choosing for parent and child theme installation, the installation gets stuck around 60% and am getting errors. Please see attached image. Can you please advise?

Name for parent theme should be: bestel365 and child theme name should be bestel365-child

Hello, @Burak Simsek,

1/ If you rename the parent theme folder then you can’t automatically update the theme. we recommend to do not change the parent theme folder name, use the default one. Child theme name could be any you need.

2/ We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully installed the child theme and imported the demo on your website.

For your reference, images have been uploaded to the private content area of your site.
