Product has become unresponsive. Cannot edit or delete it

When clicking on Edit, most of the fields/options are gone and and I cannot make any changes (i.e. changing it to drafts). Trying to Trash it results in an error message:
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. ”
Editing with Elementor is also not possible
