Filter function hiding settings and hierarchy display.

Hello,

How can I hide the filter function on the left side? Also, where exactly can I set the hierarchy so that only the first level is displayed by default, and the second and third levels are shown when expanded? See the attached image.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?
