Dear Team,
I’m using visual composer on my site and i run into the problem of missing file
failed to open stream public_html/wp-content/uploads/smile_fonts/Defaults/charpman.php
I noticed that it happens when i called “List Icon Item” and some other features in VC.
I already tried to download the Visual composer and its ultimate add-on and uploaded to our FTP already but still the issue persisted. Please help..
Thanks so much 🙂
Regards,
Hello,
Are you using the latest versions of plugins?
https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
Please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials in Private Content.
Is the error shown on site page or in admin panel?
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.

Hello,
I’ve updated WordPress to the latest version and uploaded the missed folder “smile_fonts” in wp-content/uploads directory.
Please clear browser cache and check VC elements now.
Thank you.

There is some kind of file missing because visual composer stopped working. Most of the pages, (if not all of them) are using VC. The home tabs, revslider(which could be a separate issue as well) It’s not showing any images. The product pages no images, and finally the checkout page can’t allow the users to checkout because they can’t see the form.
We’ve spent hours on this and we’re at a loss.
wordpress 4.1
legenda theme.
It’s been altered so we ran the plugin updates separately in order to “fix” the issue. So it was there before the latest version.
Please assist because the client’s site hasn’t been working all day. (8+ hours)
Hello,
I’ve checked the slider and Visual Composer elements and they are working fine.
Could you please specify what elements you have problem with?
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
