Elementor is not compatible with XStore core plugin – Causing site to break!

Elementor is not compatible with XStore core plugin, is there any solve for this? My website is http://www.itsroyalhair.com. My developer attempted to fix, but it is still SUPER Glitchy, we are unable to save products. Is there any solve for this?

Thank you for reaching out to us. XStore is fully compatible with Elementor, and we use Elementor on our demos.

Could you please provide a video of the problem and temporary wp-admin access?

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Please update the theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ > clear cache and check the result.

If this doesn’t help, provide us with FTP access.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

I will be sending the FTP info as soon as I get it from my Developer. In the mean time I have uploaded a screen shot of what happens when we go to edit and/or save the product page

Please be advised that the menu item links currently do not support special characters such as commas (“,”) and vertical bars (“|”). Including these characters may cause a PHP Fatal error.
