I’m trying to set up WooPress theme eshop and I’m following your documentation. I got stuck at part 4.2.1, where I have to to set parallax effect by uploading picture into the row. Problem is that after uploading the picture I’m not able to see it anywhere. It looks like setting up parallax row didnt do anything. What’s wrong? Is it possible there is problem with Visual Composer?

    Thank you

    Hi Eva,

After the latest updates, while trying to create a new page with background images or colors, nothing appears.

What is the problem with parallax effect? Can you help me to solve this problem?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello @Rawi7,

You’re using a lot of 3rd-party plugins. Please disable them and check home page after that. Some plugin may cause this issue.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

I disabled many plugins and effect of background image still does not work.

I had no problems before the latest updates.

In addition, for months I have installed these plugins and had no problems so far.

    Any solution for this bug?

    Regards,

    Hi again Eva,

    I’ve found the problem.

It was the setting between the plugin Visual Composer and Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer. Each has a different way of setting the effect of background images.

    Solved then.

    Greetings.
