After paying by customer they are getting 404 error

    what is this happening , my customer paying and they are getting error pge not found after payment.

    1/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore
    (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    2/ Do you have this problem when another theme is activated, for example – Storefront?

    To determine whether an issue is related to the theme or not, please navigate to Appearance > Themes > Temporarily Activate Default WooCommerce Theme – Storefront.

    Please provide a video of the problem and your actions, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hi team,

    I checked that and its working but pls add a code in parent theme for future updates so that i can use the theme with extra plugin.

    Its not worth it that i have to use a plugin to use the function functionality.

    Hi team,

    I can understand that it may be a unique situation. but tell me , what is the benefit then to buy a premium xtore theme. if may problem can not be fixed.

    you can not ignore the issue just because it is happening with me only. pls take your time but i want that you fixed it asap.

    one more issue start now but for that i create a separate ticket
    on the first day i purchased theme facing only issue
    one issue resolved , second start, second resolve third start.

    you are not taking it seriously …..

    sir i am just only saying that why i cant use parent theme.

    why it is not working with any support or plugin.

    last theme i was Astra there is no issue to use parent theme, everything was working good.

    Even, xstore theme also working good as parent theme . suddenly issue start so it should be fixed .

    plz tell me that your others client facing the issue by using parent theme. whether they are finding issue like me

    the answer would be no.

    if you want time to fixed fixed the issue i am happy with that i have no issue in it,

    but if you are saying that i have to use child theme or have to use plugin . i am not okey with that.

    pls try to understand .plz

    sir,
    as i am seeing that you are try to restricted me to use a child theme just because of your parent theme have many bugs.
    But i am willing to use a parent theme . as i try to to create many topic for reporting the issue in your parent theme.

    its unable to solve because after a one solution second issue start and after third.

    and you are unable to solved all the issue , due to which i am unable to start my work .

    so it is requested , kindly return the amount so that i can purchased a different theme and can start my work.

    It is very disappointed to see that a customer facing only problem after purchasing your theme and you gys dont take it seriously . too disappointed.

    but i want to know once again whether the parent theme issue would be solved or not.

    as i know you made lots of effort so dont want that it go waste.

    if you need time to fixed i have no issue. even if you want to reset the complete theme as well . i have no issue with this too.

    but it can be solved i am happy.
