Issues with Theme Loading and Performance

Hi,

I am having issues with the theme. I recently purchased it and only installed it, but I haven’t been able to make any modifications.

The theme options do not load; they keep loading indefinitely and nothing happens. I tried to edit a page, and everything works very slowly; at times, everything freezes.

I don’t have any third-party plugins installed except for “CMP – Coming Soon & Maintenance Plugin”.

The problem started with the Pizza TPL.

I hope you can help me resolve this issue soon.

Hi,

I reviewed all the articles you provided but I haven’t been able to resolve anything.

I only have the plugins required by the installed demo. There is no cache since I haven’t been able to make any modifications. I haven’t uploaded any images other than the ones that come with the demo.

As for the hosting, my site is hosted on Hostinger. I don’t know if you have had other error experiences with this hosting provider, but from their end, they don’t see any issues that would cause the site to keep loading indefinitely.
