Hello jhawker81,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query.

As we can see, you are using Header Builder in Theme Options, not via Elementor, in this case, please read – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/menu-set-up/
You need to create a menu via Appearance > Menus (it may contain Static Blocks) and select this menu via Header Builder > Main menu. Static blocks are used to create Mega Menus.
