Hello Vera,
There was a critical error on the page. We have check https://su*****ean.fr/checkout/ and it works fine now.
If you face this issue next time, please do the next:
1/ Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Check fatal error info in WooCommerce. >Status > Logs.
2/ Provide FTP access.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Hi
Private Content
Dear @vera,
I hope this message finds you well. We have noticed that a recent addition to the code in your so-style-02/functions.php file has resulted in a fatal error. As per our policy, please be reminded that we are not responsible for issues arising from modifications made to the child theme by customers.
To address this issue and prevent future errors, we have made necessary modifications to the function. You can review the changes here: https://prnt.sc/JfKpD_2GtM89.
Should there be any further issues related to this function, we recommend contacting the developer who implemented the original code. It appears there may be an underlying issue with the technique used, which could potentially affect other clients and should be addressed universally.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Hi Jack
Thanks for your confirmation. The cart page seems have recovered.
I checked the cart page and product page , I noted there are the other issues as below.
1. In the cart page, I clciked the ” validate the order” button in the right bottom, but the link seems doesn’t work and I can not skip to check out page.
2. the cart page “YOUR CART IS CURRENTLY EMPTY!” is different with the demo, I want to change the page to demo page https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor2/luxury-jewelry/cart/
3. In the review area of product page, the review count shows incorrectly. For exampale, The total review count is “2”= 1 five star review + 1 four star review .But all of the
review count shows “2” , not “1”.
4. The review area in the prodcut page almost isn’t translated to French. I translated by loco translate, it seems doesn’t work.
Please find the details in attachment.
Thank you
Dear @Vera,
We are pleased to confirm that the main issue you reported has been successfully resolved. For future inquiries, we kindly suggest creating separate topics for each question. This approach makes it easier to navigate and locate specific solutions based on the topic names.
Regarding the questions you raised in your current topic, please find our responses below:
1. As you are utilizing WooCommerce plugin blocks based on the Gutenberg editor, similar issues may arise with the default Storefront theme. We recommend conducting a test using the Storefront theme while deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce. This will help determine if the issue persists under these conditions.
2. The issues you mentioned concerning the content on your Cart page might be resolved by using the Cart Page Builder. We encourage you to implement this on your Cart page to address both your first and second concerns. For detailed guidance, please visit: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/documentation/xstore-builders/xstore-cart-page-builder-with-elementor/.
3. The problem with the incorrect reviews counter appears to be linked to modifications in your child-theme/functions.php file. You can review the specific modifications here: https://prnt.sc/jbwsNZMyMUVg.
Should you require further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Hi Jack
Thanks for your response.
1 and 2 have been resolved now.
The Issue No.3 , the code of rating in child theme was provided by your team , Please find the ticket details in the attachment. Could you help me confirm the problem?
Thank you
Hi @vera,
We’ve updated the code a little bit to make sure it doesn’t affect on the single product page.
To add the count of review next to the stars on single product page, you have to copy this file from woocommerce plugin to your child theme in the same directory then update the codes same as the codes in the functions.php file.
– /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/single-product/rating.php
Please note further customization codes will fall out of scope our support standard.
Thanks for understanding!
