PROBLEMA CON LOS CUPONES DE DESCUENTO EN EL TEMA

buenas tardes, tengo un problema con los cupones de descuento ya que estan creados pero no aparecen en ninguna parte del proceso de compra en el carrito. Necesito que salga en la parte donde se introduce el cupón para hacer el descuento.

La otra pregunta es si se puede hacer algo para que un cambio en el tema en el celular no afecte a la configuración del computador.
