I recently purchased a template and encountered an issue with the image path in my project. The images are not displaying correctly, and I believe it is due to incorrect paths in the template.

    Details:

Description of Issue: The images in the template are not displaying as expected. I believe the issue lies with the image paths configured in the template files.

Screenshot: (Attach the screenshot showing the image path issue)

    Project Path Details:

    Expected Path: srcset=”https://terfer.online/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/slide01.jpeg”
    Current Path: srcset=”\"https://terfer.online/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/slide01.jpeg”
Example of Incorrect Path in Code:
    html
    Copy code
    \"\"
Could you please provide guidance on how to correct the image paths in the template files or update the template to reference the correct paths? Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello, @ahmed,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

1/ Upon a thorough review of your website, we have identified that the concurrent use of two-page builders, specifically Elementor and WPBakery, is leading to compatibility issues. To ensure optimal functionality and performance of your site, we strongly advise that you utilize only a one-page builder (Elementor) at any given time.

    We appreciate your cooperation.

We hope this information is helpful to you.

2/ We have checked your site and found Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () https://paste.pics/R8I8E

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to fix it.

3/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

We hope this helps. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello Tony,

Thank you for your prompt response and suggestions.

I have disabled WPBakery and am now only using Elementor as advised.

Regarding the 404 error, I have contacted my hosting provider. They confirmed that the URL is incorrect and suggested re-uploading the photos. However, this has not resolved the issue.

I have also disabled all third-party plugins not bundled with XStore, cleared the browser cache, and checked again, but the issue persists.

Additionally, my hosting provider mentioned there might be coding issues with my website, which are beyond their support scope. They provided some guides on common SVG issues (CSS-Tricks guide and WordPress support topic), but these have not resolved the problem either.

Could you please provide more specific guidance or assistance to resolve these issues? Your help is greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Best Regards,
    Ahmed
