Hi Jack Richardson,
I adjusted the image size to 500px as per your previous suggestion, but the images are still somewhat blurry. The images on the old site were very clear after making adjustments based on your advice. Could you please take a look at this issue when you have time? Thank you.

Dear @Allen,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to address your recent inquiry regarding the optimal image sizes for your website.
Upon review, it appears that the optimal image size for clarity and performance might not necessarily require support intervention, as this information can typically be found through a simple search. However, to assist you further, we have compared the image sizes between your current and previous websites. We noticed that the previous site utilized images with a resolution of 1500 pixels (as seen here: https://prnt.sc/CfR1Kt8KxY4r), whereas the new site uses images with a resolution of 500 pixels. This difference could explain why images on the older site may appear clearer.
Additionally, it seems that the display issues might be partly due to the device on which the website is being viewed. Larger devices, which are less commonly used by the majority of customers, might not represent the standard viewing experience. In our opinion, optimizing for these larger displays by using heavier, larger images might not be beneficial, as it could negatively impact the experience for a significant portion of your audience, particularly those using laptops.
We recommend considering a balanced approach that accommodates the majority of your users’ devices while maintaining image clarity and site performance.
Thank you for your understanding, and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need additional assistance.
Best Regards,
Jack Richardson
