Pagination don’t work AND Theme option for catgory page dont work too

Hi ! I ‘ve try all the tips I found in the support… nothing work.
I ve desactivted all plugin (excepted from theme), same issue.

Pagination don’t work !!!!
5 products by line, don’t work !!!!!

How can I fix ?

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

Hi ! Ok, I find the probleme… it’s the Pro Elements plugin… When I desactivated it, it’s working .

BUT all the website is missing featured.

Do you have other version of the plugin ?

We have reviewed your website and noted that you are utilizing the Elementor Layout for the Shop Page. To implement changes on the shop page, please navigate to Xstore > Xstore Builders > Product Archive Page, select ‘Edit’, and then make the necessary adjustments as per your requirements.

Furthermore, we have updated the columns grid from 4 to 5 and changed the Navigation Type from ‘Load More’ to ‘Pagination’. This modification has been made to address the issue you reported.
