    Hello,

Please see attached. I have taken a screenshot of a product which is being cut off from the top and bottom to fit in the thumbnail view. How can I prevent this? The image show fully on the actual product page with no cropping. This is only occurring on the shop pages.

    Thanks

    Hi

I have found the option, but while I am here I wanted to review the other settings. Some of the options don’t seem to having any impact on the design. I wonder whether this is because the page has been manually built and is not a native WooCommerce theme?

I have attached a screenshot of the options I am trying to edit, but there are any showing up in the preview.

    Can you advise?

    Thanks

    Hello JS7319,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

Your single product page layout was created using Elementor editor, it means Theme Options can’t work, you need to follow this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
