“Rows Gap” slider not working for me in my product archive section.

Hi there,

I have two archive product sections, one that is for mobile and hidden from desktop, and one that is for desktop and hidden from mobile.

Please see “archive page desktop” and “archive page mobile” screenshots for visual.

I would like there to be more of a gap between each product, so that each product matches a similar style as the one seen in the screenshots “Viator mobile” and “Viator desktop”.

However, if I try to change the Rows Gap slider to increase the gap between products, it does nothing for both my mobile archive products section and the desktop archive product section.

Please let me know if I am missing something?

Hi,

-temporarily disable the CDN and cache plugin on your website.

I currently have no cache or cdn plugins activated on my site. Cloudflare is connected to my production site, but I have also just disabled Cloudflare, just incase.

After ensuring all the above is disabled / deactivated, the issue is still occurring.

Yeah its good now but please see attachment desktop, there is a line going down the left side of all the products that shouldn’t be there, looks like a bug?

You can also see it on mobile and tablet.

Any chance this can be removed please?

Hi,

I want the border around the products, but there is one line going down, connecting each product on the left hand side. It’s definitely a bug, because it just stops abruptly at the top (see attachment.)

It’s that line going down all the products on the left, connecting each one, that I want gone. So that each product is properly detached from eachother.
