Where can I change the cards logos into the footer of cart page and checkout page ?

Hi, where can I change the images into footer of cart page.
I tried into the static block ->footer but it does not work.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query.

Kindly navigate to the Theme Options, then proceed to WooCommerce, followed by Cart/Checkout Layout. Once there, please locate the Footer section where you have the option to add your own content. Upon doing so, the current demo image will be automatically replaced with your personalized content.

Clicking on the footer link does not open the footer edit section.
is there a way to fix this ?
