Multistep checkout error – shipping options does not appear

Hello,

When i reach to the multistep checkout the shipping methods are not showing. The issue get solved when i refresh the checkout page (see the attached image)

Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.
