Assistance Needed to Change XStore Theme Language to French

Hello XStore Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out for assistance with changing the language of my XStore WordPress theme to French.

Background:

I have watched the YouTube tutorial on theme translation.
I have also read the base theme translation documentation provided on your help site.
I have installed the French .po file from 8theme GlotPress.
Despite following the instructions and installing the .po file, I am still having trouble successfully translating certain elements of the theme into French.

Issues:

Certain theme elements are not displaying in French as expected.
I need guidance on the correct process to ensure all parts of the theme are properly translated.
Could you please assist me in resolving these issues and successfully changing the language of the theme to French? Any detailed guidance or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

Please rename this file https://prnt.sc/SalbWrCpk_9h to xstore-fr_FR.po

After that, please try to translate strings for the theme, woocommerce, and core plugin.

Hello 8Theme’s Team,

Thank you for your prompt response and the guidance provided. I followed your instructions and renamed the file to xstore-fr_FR.po. After renaming the file, I clicked the sync button, but unfortunately, nothing happened. The theme elements are still not displaying in French.

Could you please provide further assistance? Is there another step or method I need to follow to activate the French language fully for the theme, WooCommerce, and core plugin?
