    Hello Xstore Team,

I am experiencing several issues with your theme now that my website is almost 90% complete. Errors are appearing, and I am unable to make any edits. Additionally, the Xstore theme option has disappeared from the side menu in my WordPress dashboard, and I can no longer see any options related to the Xstore theme. I am attaching a screenshot and a video demonstrating this issue, where it shows “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

I have already spoken to my hosting provider, and they confirmed that everything is fine on their end, including the PHP version and other updates.

I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. You have the credentials for my WordPress dashboard and cPanel. Despite providing all the access you requested, these issues are still occurring, preventing me from launching my website.

Please take the necessary steps to update the theme or whatever is required to make my website run smoothly with all the data I have created over the last 20 days.

Your prompt assistance is highly appreciated.

    Thanking You.

    Regards,
    BAGWANI

    Dear @Bagwani,

I hope this message finds you well. We have reviewed the issue you reported regarding the missing menu items on your dashboard and have identified two possible causes:

    1. **White Label Branding Plugin Usage**: It appears that the menu items may have been disabled in the settings of the White Label Branding plugin. Please refer to our documentation for detailed guidance on managing these settings: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/white-label-branding-plugin/. We kindly ask you to verify this by ensuring that all relevant items are checked to enable full management capabilities.

    2. **Administrative Access**: The current user account you are logged in with may not have administrative privileges. This limitation can restrict the visibility of certain menu items and the ability to correct redirections within your WordPress dashboard. Please ensure that you are logged in with an account that has administrative rights to resolve this issue.

Should you require further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,

    Dear Xstore Theme,

I hope this message finds you well. I want to clarify that I have not made any changes to the “white label premium plugin” mentioned earlier, neither in the past nor recently. My only action was installing your theme; apart from that, there have been no modifications.

Regarding the admin access you mentioned, I have full access using the same email and credentials that I have been using for years to work with this website. I have granted you full admin access as well (wordpress dashboard and Cpanel also) & . Could you please utilize this access to promptly resolve the issue?

It appears there may be an issue with your theme, which could be causing these problems. If there is a bug or similar issue arising from there, I suggest updating the theme (however, please note that during the update, I do not want any data loss nor do I want your old data to disappear, I have been working hard for the 20-22days )

    Please resolve this ASAP.

I am eagerly waiting to launching my website

    Thanking You.

    Regards,
    BAGWANI
