Elementor Form Submission Emails Not Going Through XStore Email Builder

    I have the XStore email builder set up and working for WooCommerce and other emails, however when a user submits an email via the contact form on my website, the email does not use the “Default” email template setup in the email builder and it comes through without any header/footer/styling whatsoever. The contact form is an Elementor form, and I have tried changing the emails to be both in plain text, and HTML. Please advise if there is a fix for this.

    Please describe the desired result in more detail. Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    I would like the emails that go to both the person submitting the Contact Form, and the person receiving the submission within the business to use the XStore Email Builder – Default template.

    It appears there has been a misunderstanding. Our email builder is exclusively designed to work with WooCommerce. Your request necessitates additional customization, which cannot be implemented immediately and may require a significant amount of time.

    Ok. Can I please raise this as a feature request that the email builder captures all emails sent via WordPress and plugins? It would ensure consistency in styling when communicating with customers.
