The progress bar is showing while deactivated.

Could you provide FTP access also?

Hello @Jari de Boer

Such settings is located under next path:
Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Shop -> Shop page layout (scroll to the same bottom)
Also, we have a search as you can see -> https://prnt.sc/hmfd6aRrUeZr so it is easier to search for the requested option by it’s title or description.
