Can’t create header that has the AJAX search and All Categories Dropdown custom

I am using the header that has the AJAX search and All Categories Dropdown by the side which is the advanced header type for https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor3/electronic-mega-market/. The Categories drop-down list is showing but how do I customize that dropdown? https://prnt.sc/Zn5rSiim-zlH

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

To customize the dropdown list, you can add categories by navigating to the Dashboard, then selecting ‘Products’, and finally clicking on ‘Categories’. All product categories are automatically included in the search, so no additional settings are required.
