Hi,
My website’s products are such that clients do not pay for them on my website. Rather, it is done at a later date via email, so payment is separate to the website.
I would like the cart page and anything cart related to be disabled.
I then would like each single product page to have an “Inquire Now” button which is already set up, but when a client presses the button, I would like a checkout popup to appear. Here, clients will see the product in question they are inquiring about, and be able to input their details and submit their inquiry which is sent to me.
So effectively, I would like to use the checkout page feature as an inquiry form. Reason being is, even if clients haven’t paid for the product, I want my website to think they have, so that the client can leave a review after.
Because I’d be using the checkout page like an inquiry form, the checkout page can’t have multiple products. If a client were to click an “Inquire Now” button on a single product page, the checkout page would open in the pop up, then if he abandons the pop up and goes to another single product page and clicks “Inquire Now” on a new product, the other abandoned product is no longer in the checkout.
Could you please provide me with any documentation or info that you think might help me with this?
Thanks and let me know if you need any more info to understand my request.
