Installed new demo content. The featured image isn’t showing on any pages or all blog posts

Had a website for over a year from Xstore, installed a new demo template and no featured image is showing. Over 100 blog posts with their own featured image is not showing along with the header, or on the pages like the ‘about us’ or our-story etc.

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

The featured images now are showing. Not sure what changed. The only thing I changed was making the Flexibox active in Elementor settings, maybe that did it.
