Upon refresh my banner gets stuck in the left side and I don’t have an idea how to fix it.

    I tried changing the animation, clearing cache etc.. But to no avail, nothing has worked.

    I don’t know how to fix this.. And since it’s an ecommerce store if it was only on PC I wouldn’t care at all, but it does th same shit on mobile and 90% of people buy thru phones… SO yeah.

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    This has been happening ever since I downloaded the demo. It’s not from WPRocket or any other caching plugin, plus I do need WProcket do make it bearable on mobile.

    It has literally been happening ever since the demo was downloaded and I have no idea why. When the demo was downloaded and for like a week or 2 I didnt use any other plugins besides the theme.

    So it’s not caching or cdn.
