Lots of issues with the installation - by sidmalhotra

    Hi

    Have purchased and installed the Woopress theme on my site – http://www.ezeeprint.com but am having numerous issues as listed below. Before using your theme i was building the site on the Woothemes Storefront theme and was being able to manage that pretty well.

    1. I am unable to change to the header style 7 in the Theme options
    2. I am unable to change the logo even after using the logo option in the Theme options.
    3. The product description does not show on the product pages
    4. The wishlist functionality is not working and giving me an error
    5. The menu that i am trying to create is one which has Product Categories but when i put them in the menu it also displays the category description in the menu
    6. The add to cart button has disappeared from all my product pages

    Is it possible that I order your installation service so that you can ensure everything is working and i concentrate then on only adding my products and sliders etc as I am not a technical web developer but just the store owner.

    Your quick resolution to my issues will be highly appreciated.

    Hello,

    We’re unable to log in to wp-admin panel.
    The credentials are incorrect.
    Please check them. Also please provide us with FTP credentials.

    Have reset the username and password as provided earlier so you can login again with the same.

    Also when i click on the STORE link on the menu it does not show all my categories.

    Even the top bar with Register and Sign-In is missing inspite of switching it on in the Theme Options.

    The Cart icon is also not showing on the top right side.

    was able to resolve the description in the menu issue.

    The site title is being repeated twice in the browser tab – the browser tab shows ——
    page title – EzeeprintEzeeprint

    whereas in the site title i have only put Ezeeprint once.

    Hello,

    1./2./3. The problem was caused by WP All Import – WooCommerce Add-On Pro plugin. I’ve disabled it and now the header type is changed.
    4. What error are you getting? I’ve added a product to Wishlist successfully.
    5. Could you please show a screenshot where you see category description in the menu?
    6. “Add to Cart” button appeared after WP All Import – WooCommerce Add-On Pro plugin deactivation.
    7. You should add products to all categories to make them shown on the Store page.
    8. Title issue in a browser tab is related to SEO configuration. Please check your SEO settings.

    Wow! Thanks a ton. Had switched on and off almost all the plugins except the All Import.

    Could you also guide me how to remove the choice on language and currency from the top bar.

    Hello,

    You’re welcome.

    You need add this code in custom.css file:

    .languages-area {
        display: none;
    }

    How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Really appreciate your 5 star support. Will do the needful for the custom css.

    Will keep coming back as and when i get stuck with something.

    Also need to know that can i switch on WP All Import to load products in bulk using the csv and then switch it off after i have done loading the products.
